What seeds/bulbs can i plant now that will come in summer?

 What seeds/bulds/plants can i workshop now that will last all summer that are quite hale?My soil is not that good even though i mix compost in.I charged in Liverpool England and would girlfriend my garden to be full of flowers and my son wants to assist me plant?Help please.

 With greatest satisfaction to wait until mid-April when you can be graceful sure there will be no frost. Then madly down to your local DIY store & buy summer-bedding plants-all the violently work will have been done for you, & they are reasonable prices!

• Use only soilless mix, not potting soil, garden loam or previously used potting mix.

Seeds and young seedlings are easily killed by a fixtures disease known as damping-off, which is caused by soil-borne pathogens. These pathogens come to in mineral soils, such as the black soil in that bag of potting soil or begrime from the garden.

Damping-off kills seeds before they emerge from the ground, but it can also cause trifling seedlings to rot and die. These seedlings often collapse at the ground level as if they need water, but in in point of fact the damping-off pathogens have rotted the roots and stems.
